Letters and Newsletters

If you click on 'letters' or 'newsletters' you can then select Moffat Academy or Beattock Primary.

Secondary Homework:                                                                          

We have set up a homework section within the app where young people will be able to access their homework information and parents and carers can check this too using the following password: Jeff-Brown

Report an Absence:

You can now report an absence through the app by completing the form provided in the app. This is a secure process requiring the signature of the parent/carer. Absence notifications will be checked by office staff each morning.

Notifications:

In our efforts to streamline communication, all notifications will soon be sent through the app. You will need to tick which channels you would like notifications for. These can be set up in settings at the top right of the app.

For example, Joe Blogg’s parents in S1H would need to tick all the below options:

• Beattock and Moffat Academy Cluster
• Moffat Whole School
• Moffat Secondary
• S1H

 to Get the app

1. Download the App: Greenhouse Schools

2. Allow the app to send you notifications. For Android users you will also need to allow the app to access your media and calendar.

3. Add our school cluster called: Beattock and Moffat Academy Cluster

4. Enter the school code: 2000

5. Subscribe to your channels of interest. Tap your school name, followed by the ‘settings’ gear cog in the top right. Tap ‘notification settings’ and select the channels relevant to you
