Hire of School Facilities You can hire school facilities in our primary and secondary schools across Dumfries and Galloway.

How to apply: All information and application form is contained on the Dumfries and Galloway Council website at –

Please note that:

• At least 2 weeks notice is required when applying for a school let.
• Applications will only be accepted during term time. 
• Requests have to be submitted well in advance of holiday periods to ensure requests can be processed.
